Virtual Home Survey

Your schedule is bustling enough, especially when arranging an upcoming move! Our Virtual Survey option is adaptable to your schedule and timing. With the Virtual Survey platform, you will choose a time that best fits your needs. We accommodate evening and weekend options to allow for your busy life.

When your scheduled time comes up, your moving consultant will text you a link. Just tap it to connect with a live Corrigan representative. This specially trained surveyor will evaluate everything that is moving. They will determine packing needs and determine any custom crating or additional solutions you need. All you need to do is walk throughout your home showing each room on your smartphone or tablet camera.

MyUnited Move Planner Portal

The MyUnited Move Planner Portal is your individual concierge to walk you through the move process and be sure you’re all set when move day comes!

Important to the portal is your customizable checklist. This list includes everything that need to be done beginning at eight weeks prior to your move date. Reminders include to-dos important for your relocation – like signing documents and setting up payment method. It also has reminders for all the other things that need to get accomplished, like transferring medical records and changing your mailing address. You can cross tasks off as you take care of them and even add your own personalized tasks, too.

At the time when you are ready to book your move, your documents will be on the site for you to review digitally. Check to ensure everything is complete and digitally sign your agreement on your MyUnited site. If you want to pay with a credit card, you are able to input that information, too.

Also, available on your MyUnited is the High Value Inventory form. This form needs to be filled out before we load your belongings. You can choose to complete it when we are at your home on move day, or you can complete it ahead of time through your portal.

Electronic Inventory

When Corrigan Moving arrives to load your cross-country or storage shipment, we create an inventory of every thing on our electronic inventory app – Flex. This process is exceptionally easy for our clients, ensuring the move is even smoother.

Your inventory will be created digitally, making it easy to scan and understand. Each belonging that is loaded will get an inventory sticker. The sticker number corresponds with the row on the inventory documentation, so everyone is in agreement with what was loaded.

There are additional benefits of the Flex inventory, also. Your driver is able to add photos to the documentation, making it more specific than ever before. Signatures are a breeze when signing electronically, minimizing the time required to complete paperwork. Through these technological advancements, your move will be easier than ever before.
