That’s the reason we’re devoted to being good citizens and support our Chicago community. Our social responsibility strategy exists to make sure we’re doing our part to craft a better future.

Conservation Initiatives

Corrigan Moving is devoted to caring for our planet by creating sustainable business practices. These are just a sampling of the ways that we are committed to the endeavor:

• Recycle and reuse used boxes, oil, and equipment whenever possible
• Energy-efficient equipment and lighting was installed at our warehouses
• Implement technology on our trucks to increase fuel efficiency
• Use of sustainable packing materials whenever possible
• Efficiently plan transportation routing and shipment loads to limit emissions

Scholarship Program

Corrigan Moving is devoted to growth through education. We provide a scholarship to all current secondary-education students that are employed with Corrigan Moving as a mover during the summer months when they are not in school. With this program each student-employee can earn up to a $1000 scholarship by signing on and completing their summer employment.

 

 

Community Involvement

Collaboration in our community is not only extremely vital, it is additionally the most enjoyable aspect of what we do. Each Corrigan location picks community efforts that speak to their local needs. Disaster Relief & Recovery

Most recently, several of our offices aided with relief efforts after the tornados in Kentucky. Corrigan Moving provided tractor-trailers, drivers, and labor to transport multiple truckloads of supplies to Kentucky. This included baby wipes, diapers, non-perishable food, socks, water, and many other supplies. This video shows the efforts from just one of the branches that helped.
